A meeting with 50 fleet drivers and their fleet manager and fleet operator was held by CEDARE on December 6th, 2015, as part of a stakeholder consultation process for PHAROS Project. This was held at the premises of Danone Egypt in Cairo. Through the workshop, drivers were consulted on their attitudes towards GPS tracking interventions and about their daily routines, and PHAROS project was explained to them in preparation for upcoming travel diary surveys that would soon be launched. This was followed by a focus group with 10 drivers in order to draft the questionnaires that will be distributed to 100 fleet drivers.
