Healthy Ecosystems for Rangeland Development (HERD) project conducts a workshop for strategic planning in Matrouh.  The project is implemented by CEDARE’s Environmental Governance Programme and the Desert Research Center in Egypt and the IUCN in Jordan and funded by GEF
